About me, the "animal lover"...

..Or Hanne which my family and friends likes to call me. I'am a 21 year old girl from Norway, who lives in Skjetten, at the moment.
I have always had a passion for animals, and this is something I really burn for. I do think its the only thing that I can say (without lying) that I CAN..

When I was a kid I had lots of different animals, like: Birds, fish, rats and hamsters - I belive I had a rabbit too. But my biggest wish was to own my own horse and dog(s).
My family got our first dog when I was about 12 years old. His name was Proffen, and he was a Dachs. He is still alaive today and you can read about him in the page called "Males".
When I turned 16 I bought my own horse, a 15 year old mare named Tafryla. My little "øyensten" as we say in norwegian (somebody who can translate that??).

When I was 19 I bought my first own dog, Tyson, a mixed breed dog. Tyson looked like a grey doberman and was everything I always wanted in a dog. When he was almoust a year I godt sick and it was a very hard time. I decided to give away Tyson, I felt like a big disappointment to him. But now I now it was the right decision to do at that time.
I was sick for over a year, and I can discribe it as a very dark time for me. But a lot of help from my horse, my family and my soon to be boyfriend I fought my way back up into the light side of life again.. I can with my hand on my heart say that had it not been for Tyson and Tafryla, I dont think I would be here today - they realy made me a har fighter!!

Now I am a really happy girl again, I bought a new dog "Aloha" wich is a Chinese Crested HL (naked dog) girl wich is 1 year now, and our latest member little Leo, he is the same breed as Aloha, he is just a puppy and is a HL too, we live togheter with my lovely boyfriend "Andrèe" in Lillestrøm, Norway. I could not ask for a better life !!!

My latest hobby is dogsports - I have been so lucky to get to know Kjersti, a really good CC breeder from Norway (link to her site is on "links"). She has promised me to help me to
develop within dogsports like shows and general breeding. I cant wait !! Thank you soo much....
My plans further is to buy another dog wich I can use in show's and breeding and I hope to be able to cooperate alot with Kjersti in the future.

With Tafryla things is going really great, she is putting on alot of weight and I could not be happier for her. She is enjoing the life of a retired horse, and still doing fabulous in competitions. We are also having a blast on our new stable...
